Operations Experience in a 24 x 7 x 365 support model
Demonstrate strategic thinking, quantitative and analytical skills, team leadership, and collaboration
Excellent problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills
0 to 2 years of IT Technical support and familiarity with the following Microsoft products
Required Skills:
Windows Server 2008
SQL Server 2008
IIS6/7
SharePoint 2007/ 2010
PowerPivot
Hyper V
Windows 7
VPN
