Designation Engineer/Sr Engineer - Application Enablement - E2E Testing
Job Description
Test Engineer E2E - Integration and Validation is responsible for validating quality of the OAP Suite w.r.t end to end customer scenarios. He/she is responsible to execute E2E test cases and identify defects in the product.



1. Take responsibility of gaining knowledge on customer requirements / environment

2. To interact with different development team members to gain new features information

3. Setup customer configurations on lab platform which includes database configurations, protocol stack configurations and third party interface configurations

4. To write E2E test cases which includes verifications of protocol messages / CDRs / Alarms / Statistics / Notifications / Functionalities / provisioning interface etc

5. To execute E2E test cases using protocol stacks and wherever possible with 3rd party interfaces

6. To do negative foreseen cases test scenarios

7. To automate test cases for future use

Desired Profile
8. Hands-on experience on GUI automation GUI and Linux based software will be added advantage

9. Ability to automate test cases on soap,http, rest requests and java based products will be added advantage

10. Hands-on experience on automation and testing tools like SOAP UI Tool, Selenium, Jmeter etc will be preferred

11. Load and stress testing in an enviournment closet to customer configuration

12. To test CCI verifications or customer critical patches

13. Follow up of defects raised by customers, analyze them and feedback to other test campaigns

14. Innovate technical ideas

15. To acquire latest professional and technical knowledge and skills required for job

16. To understand project success factors and abide to them

17. Should have basic telecom knowledge e.g. SMS, GSM, VAS
