Job Description:
This position is responsible for developing the staffing opportunities and full range of IT Staffing solutions. As Business Development Manager you will be required to do/have the following responsibilities:
• Interact with clients, preferred vendors and business partners through E-mails & conference calls to generate business and resolve operational Aspects.
• Penetrate target accounts and gain access to appropriate decision-makers through consultative and solutions based selling approach.
• Maintain an appropriate incremental opportunity pipeline to achieve sales goals.
• Make frequent contact with potential clients, established clients and local/national business leaders to promote RAMY and its services.
• Contribute new ideas for achieving and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be a self motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills and the ability to effectively work with recruiters and all levels of management.
Eligibility :
1 Applicant Should be willing to work in US Timings (Night Shift)
2 Should posses good communication skills and have good understating of technology.
3 Office will not provide a Pick and Drop Facility, so the selected candidates will have to commute by themselves.
