1. Good in black box testing

2. Experience in designing the test cases and understanding requirements. ( Test Strategy/Plan experience must for C3).

3. Good logical reasoning and person with good aptitude

4. Skills to work in ambiguous situations

5. Web Testing experience a must

experts in black-box testing for web based products. They should have an intuitive frame of mind and must be able to do black-box testing on an entirely new and fresh product within a very tight deadline.

Web based product.

Involves the whole LAMP stack. And mongodb

Heavy Java Scripting, HTML, CSS in front end.

Very critical deadlines.

The Reward: The reward is given on the basis of prior work experience of the candidate referred.
